Private Adult Acupuncture - $130
Following the traditional principles of East Asian medicine, single-use acupuncture needles are placed on the body to affect systemic and localized change. Acupuncture treatments can include a variety of modalities such as cupping, moxibustion, and bodywork depending on the goals of treatment.
Breech Baby Treatment - $150
A specialized treatment for pregnant folk whose babies are in breech positions and need help moving to a more optimal birthing position. This treatment includes the wide use of moxibustion, a heat application of dried mugwort on certain points on the body to facilitate this positional change.
Labor Prep Treatment - $150
Usually starting at week 34 of pregnancy, this treatment focuses on cervical ripening and dilation and encouraging baby to drop further into the pelvis to be welcomed into this world. This treatment can also be helpful in promoting natural labor in the later stages of pregnancy or when babies are past their due dates.
Chest Ultrasound Treatment - $150
This treatment focuses on wellbeing while chestfeeding. Ultrasound therapy works on clogged milk ducts by warming the tissue to help emulsify the fats in the milk. This can help relieve discomfort, prevent mastitis from occurring, and encourage better milk flow.
Adult & Infant Craniosacral Therapy - $150
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle modality that works directly with the tissues surrounding the cerebrospinal fluid to down regulate the nervous system and restore the body’s unique natural rhythm. It can be particularly helpful in trauma work as well as beneficial for infants with difficulties surrounding chestfeeding, inconsolability, and digestive concerns among others.
Mayan Abdominal Massage - $150
Mayan Abdominal Massage is an ancient Indigenous modality that promotes the free flow of our vital energy and blood particularly to the tissues and organs of the abdomen. It can be particularly profound during seasons of fertility to help regulate the menstruation, facilitate conception, and nurture the postpartum belly. Alyssa has had the privilege of learning this healing art from good friend and practitioner, Morgan Corona, whose curandera teachers passed down this ancestral knowledge, including Doña Dominga Martín, Nana Rosalía, Nana Rosita, Mariu Eugenia Gobbato, and Romina Corona.

Sliding Scale & Pay It Forward Rates: $60+
I strive to make my offerings available to everyone while also working to support myself and my family. A limited number of sliding scale rates may be offered to those who identify as experiencing financial hardship and can be discussed together. I also invite folks who feel they have the financial capacity to sponsor others’ treatment through my Pay It Forward rates. Please see the Green Bottle Method by Alexis J. Adult and Infant Home Visits - $300
Great for established clients who are laboring, postpartum, or for when you just can’t make it to the office! Visits can include acupuncture, moxibustion, bodywork, and herbal medicine and are 60 minutes long. Please arrange for any childcare you may need so Alyssa can give you the most support possible during your time together. Home visits are unable to be booked online. Alyssa cannot accept insurance for home visits at this time.
